best way to continually improve the service that we provide
to you is to regularly ask you how we are doing and where
you think we can enhance our communication and services. In
order to achieve that we have commissioned, JE Consulting,
an independent agency to conduct regular client satisfaction
surveys with you.
The survey, which is conducted
via a phone call and lasts just 5 minutes with you, is designed
to assist us in evaluating areas of the business that could
be improved and to help us identify the quality and delivery
of our services. Please also be assured that any information
given as part of the survey will be treated confidentially
and no client name will be associated with any comments provided
back to us in the results report if you wish to remain anonymous.
You will be contacted by
email by KPM before anyone from JE Consulting calls you and
of course you are provided with the opportunity to decline
in participating. We hope though, that you can see the importance
of this feedback and look forward to receiving your comments
on a frequent basis.
