Again, within the top 10%
of his peers, as a longstanding adviser he also
undertook the role of mentor and trainer to
newly qualified advisers.
As with Kevin, Paul decided
that, in order to further his career, he wished
to move into the area of independent financial
advice and he also joined a large firm of Independent
Financial Advisers in the Wolverhampton area.
It was the practice within
the company that he joined, for him eventually
to be encouraged to set up his own Independent
Financial Advice practice.
Therefore, as soon as Paul
felt that he had gained enough training and
experience, together with Kevin, KPM Financial
Planning Ltd was established.
Paul is an expert practitioner
of the Tax Control Formula© and as such,
now deals soley within the SME and high net
worth market.
As with Kevin, Paul holds
full Financial Planning Certificate status and
continues to study for advanced qualifications.
As Chairman of the KPM Group
of Companies, Paul is responsible for the onward
development and strategy for the Group.
