Please accept this letter as a token of our appreciation for getting us back right on track with our personal pension arrangements.

We now feel that for the first time ever our pensions have been thoroughly investigated and placed with the providers that will best suit our aims. It is of considerable comfort to know that prior to advising us on our pension plans that time was taken to ascertain each of our attitudes towards growth vs security vs risk and once that had been established that subsequent time was taken to fully explain the resultant advice that was to be given.

The documentation provided to explain the investment advice was first class and we feel confident that our pensions will not again fall into a state of disrepair and growth only coming by the more luck than judgement approach that previous advisers have apparently adopted.
